A few months ago, I sent out an email about the concept that being "fit" is not about shrinking our bodies and how the fitness industry preys on the insecurities of women to market their products. I got dozens and dozens of emails responses from women who told me their stories and struggles in dealing with body image. 

I also got tons of questions inquiring how I finally came to a place where I loved and appreciated by body instead of looking in the mirror and picking it apart. I finally decided to answer all of these questios and share with you all the tools I used to develop the body confidence I have today.

The course will start on January 17th and run through January 26th. 

Throughout the 10 days, I'll send you emails with insights, tools, and strategies to help you dig deep, think critically about your relationship with you body, and challenge you to change your mindset around body image. I'll also assign you challenges and activities to complete  

You’ll gain access to a closed FB community where I’ll ask you to share feedback and insights from your daily challenges. I'll be popping in daily as well!

I should warn you. THIS IS NOT your typical body image challenge where I dole out anecdotal advice like look in the mirror and say you love your body. That is NOT what this is about. We are going to be pushing the boundaries and digging deep!

The goal of this 10 day course is to provide you with the strategies and tools you need to begin the process of healing your relationship with your body, learning to love yourself, beginning the journey to feeling powerful and confident in your skin! 

Hey, I'm Chrissy!

I’m trainer and nutrition coach, powerlifter, writer, body positivity enthusiasts, and self-proclaimed truth teller.  

I struggled with body image most my life. I grew up bigger than everyone else standing at 5’8” in the third grade (yes, you read that right). As a result, I spent years of my life trying to be smaller, and the more I shrunk, the smaller I thought I needed to be. I wasted years of my life being unhappy with my body, day dreaming about the day I would lose the weight and have the perfect life, and constantly comparing myself to other people.  

Until I finally said enough is enough… eff that.  

I finally realized I was perfect the way I was. I wasn’t put on this earth to spend my life focusing on being a smaller version of myself.  

Society constantly barrages women with messages of what our bodies are “supposed” to look like and attempts to convince us that we are inadequate if we don’t meet those standards of beauty. They want us to believe that we need to “fix” ourselves.  

But we don’t need “fixing.” We can take up as much space as we want to, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. More importantly, we can love our bodies.  

I’m not the leanest woman you’ll meet. I don’t have six-pack abs. I have cellulite. I have stretch marks. I have a muscular back and shoulders. I have very large legs. But you know what? These babies can deadlift and squat hundreds of pounds, and they are strong AF. And even if they couldn’t, they would still be perfect.  

My self-worth and value are not derived from my body fat percentage and neither is yours. Our worthiness is not connected to the way we look.  

Once I realized this, my relationship with fitness and my body completely changed. I stopped trying to be the smallest possible version of myself and focused on eating and training in a way that left me feeling strong, nourished, and confident.  

Most importantly, I started down the path to learning to love and appreciate my body. I believe in total transparency, and I have to tell you that I don't believe you can change your entire body image mindset in 10 days. Body confidence is an ongoing process for most of us. However, I do believe that I can share important tools and strategies to help you down the path to healing your relationship with your body.
